Garden

Gwinganna is home to four abundant organic garden areas and an orchard. They are the largest of any retreat in Australasia and feature two vegetable and two herb gardens. Overall there are around 42 varieties of fruits growing on the property. The Orchard alone features trees that produce lychees, oranges, limes, mango, persimmons, macadamias, papaya and lemons. The gardens also grow vital health ingredients including turmeric, ginger and chilli.

The gardens provide a significant percentage of fresh produce including all the greens that chefs use for meals, ensuring we offer the most nutritious and freshest produce possible. They also provide all our microgreens, herbs and edible flowers, helping chefs to present healthy beautiful meals every day.
