Ingredients
3 oranges peeled and chopped
1 cup pineapple diced
1 lime juiced
1/2 avocado flesh scooped out
1 piece ginger chopped
2 sprigs mint or lemon balm/lemon verbena
200ml coconut milk
1 tsp chia seeds
Method
Place all ingredients except the avocado in a blender and process until smooth. Add the diced avocado and blend again. If smoothie is too thick, add some extra juice or water.

Coconut and chia seeds are a good source of essential fatty acids.
